"The declarations of the co-chairs of OSCE Minsk groups states numerous occasions that the peace settlement plan of Nagorno Garabagh conflict should imply the right of all internally displaced persons and refugees to come back to their former places of residence," Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said today at the briefing in answer to the question whether it is possible for the refugees and internally displaced people from Azerbaijan to return to and to live together with the Armenian population in the territories where they had lived before the conflict and to participate together with the Nagorno Garabagh Armenians in the process of settlement of Nagorno Garabagh conflict.
"As for the negotiation process and format, this is the question to the sides which will define and agree on numbers and composition of participants currently the talks being held at the level of authorities of Azerbaijan and Armenia. And if any agreements reached between the two capitals of the two states then we as the foreign ministry will support these agreements. Once again we will support the agreements that would be reached between the two states", she said.
