A person accused of taking hostage citizens in Azerbaijan, wanted

Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies have announced search on the person accused of taking hostage citizens, APA reports citing the website of Baku city Main Police Department.

The information reads that resident of Baku city Abasov Asif is charged with the articles 215.2.1 of criminal Code (hostage-taking committed by a group of accomplices), 215.2.3 (hostage-taking - life-threatening violence), 215.2.4 Hostage - with the use of firearms or objects used as weapons), 215.2.7 (Hostage-taking committed on two or more persons), and 215.2.8, and search has been announced by the decision of the court.
