A person violating the ban on entry to Baku over coronavirus has been detained, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan told APA .
On March 25, at 23.00, while driving a Mercedes in the direction of Baku, a resident of Masalli region V. Qambarov did not obey the "stop" order of the police at checkpoint established on the 65th km of the Baku-Gazakh highway in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection and continued to drive at high speed.
As a result of the measures taken by the police, the car was detained and handed over to the 11th Police Station of Garadagh District Police Department together with its driver.
