Azerbaijan's MIA: Those who had permission via “icaze.e-gov.az” portal to be allowed to travel regions” - UPDATED

Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan has revealed how entry/exit to regions will be regulated from August 5, head of press service of Ministry Ehsan Zahidov told APA.

He stated that according to the decision of Task Force under Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan, a special quarantine regime will continue till August 31.

“Tightened special quarantine regime is being applied in 13 cities and districts of the country including Baku. The control for entry/exit to these cities and districts will be carried out by police officers serving in special police posts and servicemen of the Internal Troops as it was in the previous period. Only those who are allowed to move from the posts within the country through the portal “icaze.e-gov.az” and their transport means will be allowed to cross the posts. I note that entry/exit to Baku and Sumgait cities and Absheron district is regulated with the same rule.”
