Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan (MES) has called on citizens not to visit territories, liberated from occupation, without special permission, MES told APA.

According to the MES, realization of the greatest dream of our people, restoration of our territorial integrity as a result of wisdom leadership and determined will of President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev and bravery of our Army, is the most honored page of our statehood: "With this historical Victory, Azerbaijan confirmed itself as a winner people, an invincible state in the world, besides putting an end to the 30 years' occupation by Armenia, which benefits from fascism ideology. Certainly, every Azerbaijani citizen, who came together with our eternal lands, looking forward to visiting those territories. However, in addition to the complications of the actions of the despicable enemy, there are, unfortunately, those who were killed or injured by mines among civilians who entered our liberated lands without special permission. Ministry of Emergency Situations, carrying out duties to ensure the safety of civilians, taking into account the existence of this danger, once again reminds population to follow relevant security rules, urges not to visit these areas without permission until the end of mine and other explosive ordnance clearance operations and reminds that it also creates legal responsibility."
