According to recommendations and instructions of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, fight measures against corruption cases, faced in the direction of provision of financial transparency in state management are continued, press service of Prosecutor General's Office told APA.
As one of these measures, a criminal case has been launched regarding the illegal actions of Muradov Vidadi Aydin, who worked as a Chair of Board of the Azerkhalcha OJSC with relevant articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as a result of investigation on basis of materials, received by the Prosecutor General's Office.
On January 9, 2020, Muradov Vidadi Aydin has been accused with Articles 179.4, 308.2, and 313 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, an arrest warrant has been issued with the decision of the district court.
