Complaint of senior officials of Azerbaijan’s MFA not satisfied

The submitted bill of complaint related to the remand of custody measure chosen in regard to the senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) - Farhad Molla-zade and Nurupasha Abdullayev arrested during the operation conducted by the State Security Service (SSS) has been considered in the Baku Appeal Court, APA reports.
The relevant decision has been announced at the court proceeding held under chairmanship of the judge Ilgar Murguzov.
According to the decision, their bill of complaint hasn’t been satisfied.
Remind that Selim Alizade caught by the SSS hasn’t submitted bill of complaint about the remand in custody measure chosen in regard to him.
Note that under the criminal case conducted by the State Security Service, Farhad Molla-zade and Selim Alizade have been brought to responsibility as the accused persons on the basis of relevant clauses of the Criminal Code for the unlawful actions of abuse of official powers, appropriation of state funds, taking of bribes, while Nurupasha Abdullayev – for taking of bribes, and the remand in custody measure has been chosen in regard to them based on the court’s decision.
