“Immediately after the attack, a team of doctors and psychologists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan was sent on an official journey to Gandja,” deputy minister of Emergency Situation of Azerbaijan Ragim Latifov told reporters in Gandja, APA reports.
According to him, a special commission of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is working to assess the damage caused by the attacks in Ganja: "Together with the local executive authorities, the list of people living in the buildings has been clarified. It was assured that no one was left under the wreckages.”
