In Azerbaijan, police detained a doctor who did not want to be quarantined, APA reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.

"Person suspected of being infected with coronavirus, who is also a doctor by profession. It was decided to place him in a special treatment hospital. Despite his professional affiliation, this person, under various pretexts, while changing his location, was hiding from treatment. However, as a result of operational activities, police officers established his whereabouts, and this person was placed in a special treatment hospital. Along with this, members of his family, as well as people with whom he was in contact, were quarantined for an appropriate examination," says MIA.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs once again brings to the attention of citizens that the most serious measures will be taken in relation to persons who do not comply with the requirements for social isolation of the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers.
