Drug sellers via Google Maps detained in Azerbaijan

Persons who involved in illegal trafficking and purchase of drugs have been detained by police in Baku, Azerbaijan, Ministry of Internal Affairs told APA.

During the operation, resident of the capital, Ibrahim Aliyev was detained. During the personal search of him was found and seized 13 grams of heroin and 5 grams of psychoactive substances methamphetamine.

I. Aliyev stated in his testimony that he took drugs from the location which was sent to his phone via the Google Maps program after transferring the payment to the account of the bank card of a resident of the Bilasuvar region Imamverdi Huseynov.

As a result of the operation conducted, Imamverdi Huseynov was detained in Bilasuvar district where he lived and was put under investigation.
