Fire in residential house in Baku kills one - UPDATED-1 - PHOTO

Relevant forces of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have been involved in the site immediately on the basis of received information by 112 Call Center of the MES on fire in a residential house in Balakhan Suleymanov Street, Khatai district, Baku city on February 9, APA reports citing MES website.

As a result of conducted emergency and urgent measures, the fire has been extinguished in a short period and prevented from spreading to a large area and spreading to adjacent houses.

The woman, who died as a result of the fire, broke out in a residential house in Baku, has been identified, APA's correspondent in site reports.

Bed patient Sadirkhanova Rahila Salim (1943) died as a result of the fire.

An investigation is underway.

A fire has brought out in Khatai district of Baku, APA reports citing the website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Fire Protection Units of the State Fire Protection Service of the MES have been involved in the site.

Fire extinguishing works are continued, emergency measures are taken in order to prevent the expansion of the fire.

According to the initial information, the body of one person has been found during the investigation of the fire site.
