Petition regarding replacement of remand in custody measure chosen in regard to former Head of Consulate Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) Faig Baghirov with home arrest has been reviewed in Sabail District Court, APA reports citing "E-mehkeme.gov.az" website.
A decision has been announced in the process, held with the chairmanship of Judge Azer Taghiyev
Under the decision, the petition regarding the replacement of remand in custody measure chosen in regard to Faig Baghirov, with home arrest has been approved.
Note that F. Baghirov was detained by the State Security Service.
The remand in custody measure for the period of 4 months was chosen in his regard by decision of Sabail District Court.
