Internationally wanted 2 persons detained and extradited to Azerbaijan - OFFICIAL

Internationally wanted two persons have been detained and extradited to Azerbaijan, press service of the Prosecutor General's Office told APA.

Reasonable suspicions have been determined that Taghiyev Urfan Barkhudar, brought to responsibility as a person, suspected in criminal cases, which is in the execution of the Ganja Military Prosecutor Office, unwarrantedly left military unit during his service in military unit of the Defense Ministry #N in Dashkasan district at about 12:00 p.m. on September 23, 2020, did not return to service place and deserted; Aghayev Aghadadash Valeh, brought to responsibility as a person, suspected in criminal cases, which is in the execution of the Nasimi district court, committed a crime of robbery in order to seize the property of another person at January 1, 2018, and fled from the incident site.

As well as, Tagiyev Munakif Ragub oglu, who is a citizen of the Russian Federation, involved as a defendant in a criminal case pending in the Sverdlovsk District Court of Irkutsk and had an unofficial relationship with Burkova Natalia Vladimirovna since 2014 and based on the personal relationship between them, there were doubts that he stabbed the latter and inflicted serious injuries that were life-threatening.

An international search has been announced regarding the mentioned persons.

Urfan Tagiyev and Agadadash Agayev were extradited to Azerbaijan by a special convoy of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice and Munakif Tagiyev was extradited to the Russian Federation with providing mutual inquiries of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation on the basis of determining the location of wanted persons.
