The Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan has made an inquiry to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Georgia in accordance with the requirements of the Minsk Convention on the extradition of a person who has committed a crime in the country, to the Republic of Azerbaijan for the criminal prosecution, Prosecutor General's Office told APA.
Reasonable doubts were identified that Fadail Guliyev ordered 500,000 counterfeit excise stamps from Turkish citizen Kaman Eyyup Hakan in Baku in 2017 and sold them in Azerbaijan and for this reason, he was put on the international wanted list as an accused person.
Fadail Guliyev was extradited to Azerbaijan on the basis of determining his place in Georgia.
