A request has been made by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan on extradition of a person, who committed a crime in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to be brought to responsibility within the framework of bilateral relations with the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, according to requirements of national legislation and international agreements, to which we are a party, as well as Minsk Convention "On Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters", press service of the Office told APA.
Reasonable suspicions determined that Fataliyev Ilgar Garib oglu, who was involved in the criminal case in the Binagadi district court, repeatedly seized a large amount of other people's property through abuse of trust or fraud in the case of a group of persons with prior connivance.
Ilgar Fataliyev is internationally wanted.
Ilgar Valiyev has been extradited to Azerbaijan accompanied by Special convoy of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice through ensuring of the inquiries made by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation on the basis of determining the location of the wanted person.
