The petition of the investigative agency about extension of period of the remand in custody measure in regard to former head of Imishli Region Executive Power Vilyam Hajiyev has been considered in the Sabail region Court, APA reports.
The petition has been satisfied in the court proceeding held under chairmanship of judge Madina Baghirova.
Based on the decision, the period of the remand in custody measure in regard to Vilyam Hajiyev has been extended.
