Today, the petition of the investigative agency about the extension of the remand in custody measure in regard to the former deputy Minister of Culture Rafig Bayramov and the former head of the State Service for Protection, Development, and Restoration of Cultural Heritage subordinated to the ministry Zakir Sultanov has been considered in Sabail district Court, APA reports.
The petition has been satisfied in the court proceeding held under the chairmanship of judge Madina Baghirova.
Based on the decision, the period of remand in custody measure in regard to both persons has been extended for 3 months.
