A person who opened fire into the air has been detained in Baku, press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told APA.
On September 22, the 40th Police Division of Binagadi District Police Department received information saying that R.Suleymanov living in Khojahasan settlement opened fire from gun into the air and window of his house on the grounds of hooliganism as a sign of protest against arrival of his former wife who came to his house together with employees of Implementation and Probation office in order to take away her personal possessions and fled from scene of incident.
R.Suleymanov was detained by police officers as a result of operational and search measures.
The hunting short-gun of MR-155 brand with relevant documents used in the incident was confiscated from him.
