Person, whose brother stepped on mine, detained when he attempted to cross into territory, liberated from occupation

Employees of Terter District Police Department have determined a person, who attempted to cross into territories, which liberated from occupation, but not fully cleaned from mines, Barda regional group of press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told APA.

As a result of measures taken by Employees of Terter District Police Department, Terter resident Ismayil Mahmudov, who has attempted to enter Talish village of the district, liberated from occupation, by outside roads far from control posts.

I.Mahmudov attempted to cross the liberated territories several times in various times, but police employees prevented his attempts.

Note that I. Mahmudov’s brother Bakhtiyar Mahmudov stepped on mine in Talish village some time ago and died.
Protocal was drawn with the relevant article of Code of Administrative Offenses on the detained person, he was administratively detained for 15 days by a court decision.
