Petition of former head of department of foreign ministry not satisfied - UPDATED

The petition to court of Head of Consulate and legal division of Consulate department Nurupasha Abdullayev arrested during the operation conducted by the State Security Service (SSS) in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in regard to changing remand in custody measures chosen about him into home arrest pre-trial detention measure has been considered in Sabail district Court, APA reports.

The decision has been announced in the court proceeding chaired by judge Ilkin Rustamli.

Based on the decision, the petition of N. Abdullayev hasn’t been satisfied.

Head of Consulate and legal division of Consulate department Nurupasha Abdullayev arrested during the operation conducted by the State Security Service (SSS) in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has been brought to court, APA reports.
N. Abdullayev has submitted to court a petition in regard to changing remand in custody measures chosen about him into home arrest pre-trial detention measure.

The petition is considered in the court proceeding chaired by judge Ilkin Rustamli in Sabail district Court.

Head of Consulate and legal office of Consulate department Nurupasha Abdullayev arrested during the operation conducted by the State Security Service (SSS) in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has submitted petition to court in regard to changing the remand in custody measure chosen in his regard into home arrest pre-trial detention measure, APA reports.

The petition has been given under proceeding by judge Ilkin Rustamli in Sabail district Court.

It is expected that the petition will be considered today.

Note that the investigative and operational measure was implemented in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the criminal case investigated in the State Security Service (SSS). As a result of the operation, the grounded suspicions were determined in regard to committing of multiple unlawful actions by head of Clerical office of MFA, chairman of the Ministry’s Tender Commission Farhad Molla-zade, head of General services department of the Clerical office Salim Alizade and head of Consulate and legal office of Consulate department Nurupasha Abdullayev.

4 months remand in custody measure was chosen in regard to the aforementioned persons by decision of Sabail district Court.
