SSS disseminates information on arrest of head of Baku Steel Company

Information on facts about Mammadov Rasim, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Baku Steel Company LLC, abusing his powers to commit illegal acts that seriously damage the development of the metallurgical industry, the rights of individuals and legal entities, and the legally protected interests of the state has been investigated by State Security Service, APA reports.

Rasim Mammadov under Articles 308.2 (abuse of power with grave consequences), 179.4 (especially embezzlement and waste with extensive damage), 178.3.2 (fraud with extensive damage) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan was involved as a defendant and arrest warrant was elected with the decision of the court.

Investigative operational measures are underway.
