Those who have tickets for international and domestic flights will be allowed to enter and exit 5 cities and 12 regions, according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.

According to the decision, from 00:00 on January 18, 2021 to 00:00 on January 25, 2021, people with tickets for international and domestic flights to Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Mingachevir, Shirvan and Absheron districts, as well as Lankaran , Masalli, Jalilabad, Sheki, Zagatala, Guba, Khachmaz, Yevlakh, Barda, Bilasuvar and Ismayilli district centers (excluding villages and settlements) and outside their borders shall be allowed on the basis of their tickets and people entering the country from the state border shall be allowed to enter those territories on the basis of a stamp affixed to their passports.
