Those who illegally entered the liberated territories from occupation detained

As a result of an operation conducted by employees of Tartar District Police Department, persons trying to enter the liberated territories of the region from occupation illegally were identified and brought to justice, Barda regional group of the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told APA.

On February 4, residents of the district Shahriyar Mahmudov, his brother Bakhtiyar Mahmudov, as well as Orkhan Mammadov and Dagestan Shahvaladov entered the liberated villages of Sugovushan and Talysh illegally but were identified by police as a result of the operation conducted by employees of Tartar District Police Department.

For intentionally disobeying a lawful request of police employees during detention, a report on B. Mahmudov, O. Mammadov and S. Shahveledov was drawn up with a relevant articles of the Administrative Code and sent to Tartar District court for consideration and a fine of AZN 200 was imposed each of them. A criminal case has been launched with Article 221.2.2 of the Criminal Code for Sh. Mahmudov. Investigations are underway in Tartar district police department regarding the fact.
