Fire at the Zigh highway extinguished,2 private houses partially damaged - PHOTO - UPDATED

As a result of the fire near the Zigh highway, about 6 hectares of dry grass, shrubbery, collapsible construction materials (unusable), some yard areas have burned and 2 private houses have partially damaged, APA reports citing Ministry of Emergency.

Fire extinguishing has been carried out by the active force of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Special Risk Rescue Service and Civil Defense Troops (120 people) and appliances (18 units).

Personnel with 50 people and 15 cars have been involved in the area damaged by the fire. The fire has been extinguished.

Minister of Emergency Situation Kemaleddin Heydarov and Head of Baku city Executive Power Authority Eldar Azizov have arrived in the area damaged by fire, APA reports.

Note that today at 13:31, fire broke out at personal homes nearby Zigh highway.
