“Two helicopters and a plane of the Aviation Team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan have been involved in extinguishing the fire in the mountainous area of Hirkan National Park. The spread of fire have been prevented, the press service of MENR told APA.
According to the information, smoke is observed in some of the highlands of complex relief terrain. Employees of MENR and MES, as well as local residents by using hand labour and all possible means, show special dedication in extinguishing the fire. The works are underway in extinguishing properly smoking areas.
