A 17-year-old boy, identified as Mirismayil Huseynov, who is suspected of stabbing 21-year-old Alakbar Mukhtarov to death outside a metro station in Baku Dec. 14, voluntarily surrendered to police on Dec. 15, police told APA.
In his initial testimony, the suspect confessed to murdering the 21-year-old boy due to the fact that the latter, having become acquainted with his sister on the social network, invited her to a meeting.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 120.1 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
