An Azerbaijani man who worked as a guard in prison has been shot to death in the city of Makhachkala, Dagestan Republic, Russia.
Russian citizen Valiyev Mahammad Aghakarim oglu (1989), originally from Azerbaijan’s Gusar district, had an online argument with a Makhachkala resident. They then decided to meet each other. On December 11, Valiyev came alone to the place of meeting in a small town in the suburb of Makhachkala, while the Makhachkala man came with a group. They first beat the Azerbaijani man in a violent manner and then shot him five times.
Law enforcement agencies are investigating the incident. The search is on for the group.
