Azerbaijani singer Fedaya Mammadova, known as Fedaya Lachin, has been detained on charges of helping the prisoners escape from a special purpose train running from Astara to Baku on October 23, APA has learned.
The singer was put in pretrial detention by Baku’s Nasimi district court.
On October 23, Etibar Mammadov and Ali Aghami, arrested on charges of especially grave crimes, escaped from a during transportation to Baku, being accompanied by guards.
A few days ago, Ali Aghami was detained in Shirvan district.
A manhunt for Etibar Mammadov is being continued.
