Preliminary investigation into criminal case of 12 persons accused of Nardaran incidents completed

Baku. Shahriyar Alizade – APA. The preliminary investigation into the criminal case of 12 persons, who were arrested over the incidents that took place in Baku’s Nardaran township on 26 November 2015, has been completed.

The case will be sent to court after lawyers review the case materials.

As a result of the operation held by the employees of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime in Nardaran township, head of the Muslim Unity Movement Taleh Baghirov, Elman Aghayev and Zulfugar Sadraddin and others were detained.

During the operation, two police officers and four township residents were killed.

Baku Court of Grave Crimes continues the trial on the criminal case of Taleh Baghirov and 18 more others. The investigation into the criminal case of Taleh Baghirov’s deputy Elchin Gasimov and 12 others has been completed a while ago.
