Turkish businessman’s house robbed in Baku

A house of Turkish businessman was robbed in Baku’s Surakhani district on Jan. 23, APA reported.


Turkish citizen Selchuk Tapan reported to the police that someone broke iron bars of the window in his house and stole $110,000, 1,000 euro and gold jewelry worth 4,000 manats.


An investigation has been launched into the incident. Operational and search measures are underway to identify and detain a person or group of persons who committed the crime.


Selchuk Tapan is engaged in ownership in Baku.
