"Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held talks with parties to the conflict in Sudan and called parties for a ceasefire, APA's Istanbul bureau reports citing Turkiye's Presidential Administration.
Noted that Erdogan held talks separately with General Abdülfettah Abdurrahman el-Burhan, President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the Republic of Sudan and Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, heads of the Rapid Support Forces.
It was noted that during the conversation, President Erdogan called on the parties to end the conflict and the shedding of fraternal blood and invited them to return to the dialogue.
