National Bankâ€™s notes placed at BSE, Oct.19

An auction on placement of short-term notes of National Bank with the state registration number 50100114S was held at Baku Stock Exchange on October 19. The volume of the issue is AZN 40m, face value per note AZN 200, turnover period 27 days.
BSE told APA that total volume of bids submitted by the 8 investors made 23,123,200 manats at face value. Bids were presented in price range from 98.84% (YTM â€“ 15.65%) to 98.88% (YTM â€“ 15.10%). National Bank set cut off price on competitive bids in the amount of 98.85% (YTM â€“ 15.51%) and weighted average price in the amount of 98.86% (YTM â€“ 15.38%). Volume of notes realized at face value formed 8,123,200 manats, including noncompetitive bids of 545,800 manats. The maturity date of notes is November 15, 2006. /APA/
