Azerbaijan’s AgroLeasing will buy 180 combine harvesters and 500 tractors

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA-Economics. AgroLeasing, an equipment supply and distribution company under the Ministry of Agriculture, plans to purchase 180 combine harvesters and 500 tractors. The shipment of 100 Niva and 80 Sampo harvesters will be delivered in early June. Tractors will bought from Gandja Auto Plant which assembles Belarus tractors.
It is planned to buy in total 664 farming machines in 2009.
AZN 37.5 million has been freed up from the government funds to AgroLeasing for the procurement of equipment and machines.
