Azerbaijan increases agriculture production by 3.6%

In January-May of 2020, the value of total agricultural products amounted to AZN 2 165,1 mln. in Azerbaijan and it is 3.6% more in comparison with the corresponding period of the previous year, APA-Economics reports citing State Statistics Committee.

In reporting period, cattle-breeding production, which makes up 79.5% of the agricultural production, worth to AZN 1 721,9 mln. and it is 3.2% more in comparison with analogical months of 2019.

When it comes to planting, products worth to AZN 443,2 mln., have been manufactured during reporting period and it is 5.3% more in comparison with the same period of the previous year.
