Russia returned 50 tones of Azerbaijani tomatoes back

Inspectors of the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Dagestan has returned 3 fresh tomato batches with 50,4 tones of total weight on February 1-18, APA-Economics reports citing Rosselkhoznadzor.

According to the information, the ban has been lifted on vegetables for bringing to the territory of the Russian Federation due to discovering a dangerous quarantine object- South American tomato moth (Tuta absoluta Povolny). The reason for lifting a ban on tomato batches is laboratory results. The product has been returned to Azerbaijan again.
