According to him, one of the main issues for the coming years is the restoration and reconstruction of the liberated territories. The agricultural potential of these areas is also high.
He added that the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan supported a new project on rural development in Aghdam, Barda, and Tartar, which had suffered from the conflict.
