“There is a huge public control on the Army of Azerbaijan and we are for it. The president also demands it from us,”Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov said this in an interview with AzTV, ONA reports.
The Defence Minister stated that everything is obvious: “Everything was done for the organization of high-level military service of our servicemen, beautiful military camps were built. I have reported to the President this year that 90 % of the military units will have been reconstructed and restored in Azerbaijan by the end of the current year. We will achieve 100 % in one or two years. The government, President and Cabinet of Minister allocate resource for this work and control it strictly.”
