A Donald Trump supporter was found dead in his basement following a suspected suicide, days after getting arrested during the US Capitol riot, APA reports citing Mirror.
The body of Christopher Stanton Georgia, 53, was discovered by his wife at their home in Alpharetta, Georgia, on Saturday morning.
She said there was "blood everywhere" during a distressed 911 call, telling the call operator she was searching for a gun.
"My husband is dead," she added, according to a police report seen by The Sun.
Mr Georgia died from a gunshot wound, the medical examiner’s office told NBC affiliate 11Alive and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
