Until the local police in Portland manage to appropriately react to the civil unrest that has been taking place in the city, Homeland Security officers are going to stay on-site, the United States President Donald Trump wrote on Saturday, describing protestors as "anarchists and agitators", APA reports citing Tele Trader.
He took to Twitter to write: "Homeland Security is not leaving Portland until local police complete cleanup of Anarchists and Agitators!"
Trump has made a similar claim two days ago, stressing that federal law enforcement will not withdraw from Portland "until the city is safe."
