Biden, Poland's Duda discuss Ukraine situation

United States President Joe Biden and his Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda discussed over the phone on Wednesday the current situation in Ukraine and possible joint assistance to Kyiv, APA reports citing Teletrader.

According to the press statement posted on the official website of the White House, both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral security and economic cooperation. Furthermore, Biden emphasized the "US commitment to the security of Poland and NATO’s eastern flank."

Earlier today, the White House announced the US President will be visiting Germany and Spain in June to attend the Group of Seven Summit and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization meeting.
