United States President Joe Biden said on Wednesday that his predecessor Donald Trump "had to be helicoptered" to the hospital when he contracted COVID-19 in 2020, APA reports citing Teletrader.

Biden added that, unlike Trump, he was able to work from the White House during his five-day quarantine period that ended today.

The "difference is-the vaccinations, of course," Biden stated, even though coronavirus vaccines were not available anywhere in the world in October 2020, when Trump tested positive. Vaccination in the US started two months later.
