A Florida judge unsealed on Friday the search warrant for former United States President Donald Trump's Florida home of Mar-a-Lago and related documents, APA reports citing Teletrader.
According to the disclosed documents, FBI agents took over 20 boxes from former President Trump's resort and residence, as well as folders with photos, 11 sets of classified government materials, and at least one handwritten note. The agents took only one set of "top secret/SCI" papers.
Federal Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart authorized the search warrant on Friday, Aug. 5, at 12:12 pm ET, and the FBI agents waited until last Monday to execute the search. An earlier report by Politico indicated that Trump would be under investigation for a possible violation of the Espionage Act and obstruction of justice.
