SpaceX CEO Elon Musk said the company's rocket Starship will be ready to launch "in a few weeks," while the ultimate launch date will depend on the approval of the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), APA reports citing Teletrader.
"Assuming that takes a few weeks, the first launch attempt will be near the end of the third week of April," Musk wrote on Twitter. SpaceX is planning to use Starship for Moon and Mars landings. Musk previously said the rocket has a 50% chance of a successful first test flight and an 80% chance of reaching orbit this year.
