The United States and the European Union revealed on Friday a bilateral deal to speed up the use of artificial intelligence (AI) modeling to improve business operations in the fields such as agriculture, healthcare, climate forecasting, and the electric grid, APA reports citing Teletrader.

"This collaborative effort will drive responsible advancements in AI to address major global challenges with a joint development model and integrated research to deliver benefits to our societies through five key areas of focus: Extreme Weather and Climate Forecasting, Emergency Response Management, Health and Medicine Improvements, Electric Grid Optimization, and Agriculture Optimization," the White House said in a statement.

AI modeling includes creating, training, and deploying machine learning algorithms that emulate logical decision-making based on available data, providing a foundation to support advanced intelligence methodologies such as real-time and predictive analytics.
