"Festivals, joined by Armenians with movies produced on the Second Karabakh War, are not serious festivals," Rufat Hasanov, head of the Audiovisual and Interactive Media Department of the Ministry of Culture told journalists, APA reports.
Rufat Hasanov drew attention to the difference in categories of festivals: "If the film does not participate in the A category festival, it is not worth talking about it. In the near future, we will give you good news about the demonstration of the film "Life seems to be beautiful" ("Həyət, deyəsən, gözəldir").
