Some 74 people have died of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Iran during the past day, APA’s Tehran bureau reports.
Iran’s Health Ministry has disseminated relevant information. The report says thereby, the total number of people died of coronavirus in Iran has reached 8,425.
Some 2,095 fresh coronavirus cases have been recorded in Iran during the past day, while the total number of people infected with COVID-19 so far has become 175,927.
So far, 138,457 people have recovered from this disease.
Currently, of the total number of patients being the virus carriers, 2,639 people are in severe or moderate-to-severe condition.
