The Customs Tariff Commission of China's State Council announced on Wednesday that it would cut import tariffs on 883 foreign products, APA reports citing Teletrader.
The measure will come into effect from January 1, 2021, and will include car and aircraft engine parts, medicines and raw materials for medicine production, rare earth elements, wood products and clothing, among other types of goods.
From July 1, 2021, certain information technology products will be subjected to the same measure, the commission also revealed.
