Iran made presentation of sample of its first vaccine against novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infection, APA’s Tehran bureau reports.
Various trials based on measles disease have been conducted for a long time over the third-generation vaccine.
This vaccine is intended for both measles and coronavirus patients.
The Iranian scientists said the advices of foreign specialists were used in production of the vaccine.
The sale price of the vaccine has been determined in the amount of $ 6-10.
Based on the agreement reached with a Chinese company, the vaccine will be tested on a monkey the next month. The vaccine will be massively produced after the last trials by the end of this year.
