Iranian Foreign Minister referred to US Special Representative for Iran Brian Hook reminder to E3, saying he has accepted that missile testing is not banned in UNSC resolution 2231, APA reports citing IRNA.

"Brian Hook has given our E3 JCPOA partners a timely reminder, openly admitting that missile testing is NOT prohibited in Security Council Resolution 2231:," Mohammad Javad Zarif wrote in his Twitter account on Friday.

He quoted Hook as saying : "One of the deficiencies of the Iran nuclear deal is that it ENDED the prohibition on Iran's ballistic missile testing."

Earlier, Iran's Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the UN Majid Takht Ravanchi said that letter of the three European members of the UN Security Council is another attempt made for the arbitrary interpretation of paragraph 3 of annex B to Security Council resolution 2231 (2015).
