Iranian Parliament’s new MP died from flu

Mohammad Ali Ramazani who was elected as a deputy from Gilan province of Iran in XI convocation parliamentary elections held on February 21 has died, APA’s Tehran bureau reports.

Reported that newly-elected deputy has died from flu.

Note that as a result of novel coronavirus in Iran, 34 people died people have among 388 confirmed cases.

Iran suspended parliament due to the outbreak. All deputies of parliament in Iran underwent testing for coronavirus. Test results of 30 of 290 parliament members were disclosed. Four of them tested positive for coronavirus. The test results of the rest member will also be disclosed.
